Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Assists patients and their families with personal and environmental difficulties which predispose illness.Works in close collaboration with physicians and other health care personnel in patient evaluation and treatment to further their understanding of significant social and emotional factors underlying patient's health problem.
Education: MSW degree from accredited college or university, (L.C.S.W. required).
RN Site Manager
Promotes patients' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area; directing and developing staff; and collaborating with physicians. Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol. Manages daily operations for: patient registrations, customer service, and monitors the cleanliness of the facility. Must demonstrative the ability to represent Executive Management in their absence.
Education: Missouri RN license supplemented with supervisory experience . Prefer a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, a minimum of two (2) years previous supervisory/management work.
Dental Assistant
Proficient knowledge of preventive dentistry including, the ability to instruct patients in the common causes of decay and oral hygiene. Ability to work under direct supervision of other dentist's and department head. Knowledge of basic dental instruments and materials in manipulating suctioning and retraction apparatus in patient's mouth while assisting dentist. Skill and dexterity in placing and manipulating motor driven instruments to perform intraoral prophylaxis procedures. Responsible for registration of patients, updating insurance and other information.
Education: Two-three years experience as a dental assistant; must have dental assistant certificate from accredited dental training institution.
